At times SybaWeb will collect certain personal information about customers, and also visitors to websites hosted by us. Identifiable personal information will be collected when you sign a contract for service with us, or when you use our website for a transaction or an enquiry, such as to fill in a contact form. Non-identifiable information is gathered automatically when you visit our website or those websites hosted by us and stored for use in our system.

Identifiable personal information will be collected from you when you purchase products or services from us, use a website for a transaction or contract with us for a service or product. To send you a quote or invoice you, we might collect your publicly available personal information from the Internet. For example, your address or VAT registration number. This information is used to provide the products and services to you as contracted, to generate and issue invoices for payment and inform you of any changes or actions that may impact on these products or services for which you have contracted or subscribed, including your account status and changes to the terms and conditions of our products and services.

SybaWeb is a provider of services of certain third party suppliers and when you contract for these products and services, we may be obliged to share your personal information with these suppliers. We undertake to obtain a commitment from the suppliers to keep your personal information confidential and to only use it for the purpose of providing the service or products. However, we do not accept liability if these suppliers breach these undertakings.

SybaWeb also collects your personal data when you visit our websites; through using “cookie” technology or you may provide it to us by, for example, signing up or contracting for a product or service with us; responding to a customer questionnaire or form or through engaging with us on various social media platforms, for example, your name, social media account identifying name, email address, location of your business or telephone number.

We may on occasion use your personal information to contact you about promotional offers; advise you of matters relevant to service provision and in some cases, solicit your feedback. However, we will provide you with an option within every communication to opt out of receiving any communications of this nature or you can contact our customer services representatives to ensure that you do not receive such promotional information. We will obviously need to disclose your personal information to our employees who require it to do their jobs. We make sure they are aware of and take their confidentiality obligations seriously. They are contractually bound to keep all confidential information, confidential.

SybaWeb collects and shares aggregated user data with business partners, or other third parties, for the purposes of developing our products and services and such user data will never be used to identify individual users. These business partners and affiliated companies do not have any independent right to share this information.


SybaWeb may log the websites you visit; collect IP addresses and information about your operating system and the type of browser you use for the purposes of network/system administration and to audit the use of our site. This data however will not be used to identify individual users who will at all times remain anonymous.
We will inspect all emails you contact us with by the email addresses that we provide on this website. We do this to check for viruses, and reserve the right to monitor and inspect all material and information transmitted over our systems.
Any information collected from you through correspondence with us, whether via email, telephonically or by written communication, will only be used to address the matters within that correspondence. If this requires referring such correspondence within SybaWeb, or to a third-party, to ensure customer service, your personal information will only be disclosed to the point necessary to address your queries or concerns and will otherwise be kept confidential.

SybaWeb respects customer privacy as well as the privacy of those users accessing our website, or those websites hosted by us. We undertake to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of our customers and users including all personal information supplied in the course of contracting with us for services and products. We undertake not to sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
In doing so we implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter into a transaction, submit or access your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to or destruction of your personal information.

Should any of our databases be compromised with the result that your personal information has been unlawfully disclosed, we will advise you via email or with a notice on our website and advise you on the steps that you may take to protect your personal information.

6. Public Space (Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, Social Media and Third-Party Sites)


Any information that customers or users disclose in a public space, including on any bulletin board, chat room, social media platform or any site SybaWeb may host for you, is available to anyone else who visits that space. SybaWeb cannot safeguard any information you disclose there.


7. Site Linking


SybaWeb’s websites may contain links to sites that belong to third parties unrelated to us. SybaWeb cannot be held responsible for any use of your personal information arising from you disclosing personal such information on third party sites. SybaWeb cannot protect any information you may disclose on these sites and recommends that you review the privacy policy statements of those sites you visit.

8. Minors

Sybaweb will not contract with a minor unless such minor has explicit written consent from the parent or guardian to do so. Sybaweb undertakes not to contact minors about promotional offers or for marketing purposes without parental consent. Sybaweb subscribes to an industry code of Conduct that recognizes the need to protect minors from predatory practices on the internet and makes recommended solutions.

9. Reservation of Rights

SybaWeb reserves the right to disclose information about customers where required in good faith, to do so by law or to exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against legal claims. SybaWeb further reserves the right to share information with law enforcement to investigate or prevent illegal activities being committed over our network. SybaWeb reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy or update. Where a major change is made, customers will be informed by email notification or through a notice on our website. Customers and site visitors bear the responsibility to ensure that they have read the changes or updates.
